We do not provide refunds for any of our products.

However, if the contents of the bottle have been affected due to exterior damage. Kindly provide a picture or video for us.

We will provide a one for one exchange.

 

When can I expect to receive my delivery?

Kindly place all orders by 12pm for next day delivery as we require time to consolidate and arrange all orders for our delivery team to get to you.

Subject to stock availability.

 

I won't be at home during my delivery time, what do I do then?

As our team wants to ensure that your delivery gets safely into your hands, we would recommend to have at least one person at home to receive the order.

We're sure you wouldn't want to miss out on any of our delicious wines in the event of any unfortunate incidents!

Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum order of $100 with a $15 delivery fee.
